 Whole day sessions include :-  

§         The World in Our Backyard       booking form

Whole day session for up to 30 pupils (KS 2-3) to investigate the global story of 3 locally sold items. An excellent way of demonstrating interdependence and sustainable development through Trade Justice

Photos & artefacts tell the story of Fair Trade producers

*cocoa farmers from Ghana ,

*weavers from India ,

*coffee growers from Ethiopia . 

 Their daily life is put into context as pupils find out what people stories lie behind the products

Through playing a simulation game, pupils learn about the challenges facing producers of one of our everyday foods (cocoa game, coffee trade game etc) or simple packaging for food items.

 

 

Sessions charged at £300 for whole day, £200 for ½ day
