up to 50 people depending on layout
Smaller
room - capacity 8 people.

serviced lettings.
Includes:
·
Setting out of room and any required equipment;
·
Setting out of tea/coffee and biscuits, if requested;
·
Greeting of arrivals plus notices to direct them to the room;
·
Heating and lighting; cleaning before and after;
·
Presence of steward/caretaker on the premises throughout booking
to troubleshoot as required and to open and close for the booking;
·
Computer/OHP projection facilities, setting up and advice;
·
Washing up and clearing away afterwards.
Charges
as follows:
·
£15 inclusive per hour for duration of actual activity (i.e.
while participants and/or organisers on site).
·
Minimum charge £30. Max
charge per day £90, subject to surcharges below.
·
E.g.: 1 hour would cost £30; 2 hrs would cost £30; 3 hrs
would cost £45; 8 hrs would cost £90.
Surcharges:
£20
per booking for weekend lets.
Additional
charge of £5 per hour for use of computer suite and technician
- Unserviced
lettings
The
hirer/organisation lays the room out for themselves and returns it to how they
found it at the end of the letting.
They
may use kitchen kettle and crockery, but bring own tea, coffee etc (Fair
Traded advised) and do own washing up and take away own rubbish.
Heating
and lighting included.
Expected
to clear any major mess made but not to clean.
Charges
as follows:

Large room: £6 per hour
·
Small room: £3 per hour
Surcharges:
Outside
office hours £2 per hour
Hours
include setting up and clearing up by the user.
(Minimum
let outside office hours is 2 hours).
Additional
charge of £2 per hour for use of projector.
Meeting and greeting of
participants and putting out notices directing them are responsibility of the
hirer.
One-off or new hirers will be
opened and closed for, but should not expect
a
steward/caretaker to remain on the premises.
Regular
usersmay be entrusted to unlock and lock up for themselves
