GLADE - Learning Materials

Learning Materials for Change is a development education project which seeks to encourage 16+ students to explore global issues which link their lives with those of people of the South.

Learning Materials for Change address issues which form part of many post-16 programmes and which are relevant to all our lives. Student activity guides and resource sheets provide the core of each unit. Tutor guides provide guidance on additional sources of information and further activities suitable for extended assignments and project work. A skills map helps tutors to identify opportunities for the development of key skills.

Learning Materials for Change challenge young people to consider global issues in a new and imaginative way while complementing their studies in the traditional disciplines.
